Course Objective:  To create a customized partnership agreement crafted to your company's particular preferences.

Who Should Attend:  Anyone who co-owns or will co-own a business with another party.  It matters not if you are an LLC or Corp., but this lawshop is not available to non-incorporated businesses (i.e. general partnerships).  However, it is okay if you incorporate before, or shortly after taking this lawshop.

Specific Topics:  

• Structuring decision-making authority beyond the basics covered in  standard incorporation services.
• Planning wisely for expedient resolution of deadlock between co-owners.
• Exit strategies that allow maximum flexibility to co-owners without unduly jeopardizing the company's stability.

End Product: 

• Customized, fully drafted partnership agreement (called a Control Agreement), tailored to your company's needs. (Typically around 20-35 pages)
• Education in understanding and maximizing the partnership agreement

Cost:  $785 per business (up to 4 partners)
You must cancel within 48 hours of the workshop in order to receive a refund.  We may cancel the workshop and/or return your fee at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, having too few or too many participants registered.
